Huakailani School for Girls Application Process
Thank you for your interest in Huakailani School for Girls.
At Huakailani, we view the admissions process as a mutual exchange of information between Huakailani and prospective families. Our aim is to provide you with as much information as possible about the school community, so you can determine whether or not we are a good fit for your family.
We cordially invite you to visit our school. Families can set up a tour for a personalized meeting with Head Teachers and meet with an Admissions representative. Girls can attend "In-School-Session" visits where your daughter can experience being a Huakailani Girl for a day or two. Virtual Tours are also available.
Huakailani School priority applications are due by 1/15/24 and families will be notified
by 2/1/24. After this, we accept applications for rolling admissions until the class is full.
The Application Process

Parent(s) and student attend an Open House or book a private tour and Information meeting

Families complete and submit application form (online or hard copy),

Applicant is scheduled for a School-In-Session Visit; Parents meet with our Enrollment Manager to discuss the application process,

Families submit teacher recommendations, standardized test scores (if applicable), and school report card copies as requested,

Priority applications will be reviewed first by 1/31. We then open for rolling admission.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
We offer a number of discounts on a case by case basis, including discounts and prepayment options. We also offer a $2,000 scholarship for qualified families. If you are interested in financial aid, please fill out the form below and someone will reach out to discuss your options.
